Hawaiian Luau Aloha Sweet Potatoes

HAWAIIAN LUAU INGREDIENTS

* 4 to 5 medium yams
* 1/2 cup margarine
* 1 cup earthy colored sugar
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 cup destroyed coconut

HAWAIIAN LUAU INSTRUCTIONS

Bubble yams in their coats until delicate, around 25 minutes. Let cool, then strip and cut into
cuts 1 1/2-inch thick. In a huge skillet liquefy spread. Mix in earthy colored sugar and water and cook on medium hotness around 5 minutes. Diminish hotness and add yams to skillet. Cook delicately; throwing daintily until yams are coated. Sprinkle with coconut prior to serving. Makes 8 servings.

Note: Canned sweet potatoes can be utilized instead of yams.
